In My Own Words July 2018 "Hi God bless you, I am Darlin Flores Carazo, I live in Nindiri Masaya, I studied secretarial course at ACC, Masaya.
It is a pleasure for me to share a little bit about my experience as a member of BECA.org foundation now HEDU.org.
First of all I am so grateful with God because I got the opportunity to study a technical career. I really do not have too much to say but at the end they are not the exact words to show my feelings, gratitude about the biggest things that I have gotten through this foundation.
On 2013 I did not have resources to continue studying so I decided to work as a brigade member at World Vision Nicaragua. I met Lesther Hernández who informs me about the opportunities that this foundation offered.
Thanks God I got chosen for course one for six months, I start with the computer course, throughout this time it was so enjoyable because I made a lot of friends. After that, the second part was the best experience I have ever lived, it was like a dream since I had to interact with kids from elementary school, on top of that it was like a challenge for me because I became more responsible, punctual and face any situation.
After finishing Course One, we started to study our technical career.
Throughout a year and a half that I studied, I felt so satisfied for all I had achieved; me and my classmates (Leticia Cuadra, Ana Jarquin, Maria Acevedo and Maryuri Espinoza) perform our pre-professional practices for 480 hours at the Humberto Alvarado Hospital.
I have been working for a year and a half at the DRAEXLMAIER Company in Nindiri, where I have the opportunity to continue growing professionally and reinforce my knowledge.
I hope other youth have the same opportunity that I got so they can continue with their studies. Thanks BECA.org Foundation. Translated by Elvin Palacios (July 2018) |
