BECA is a non-profit charitable organization that seeks out Nicaraguans who are living in poverty in Nicaragua -- they want to go to school to get a technical degree, but they can't afford it.

BECA posts their profiles on the Internet to attract sponsors who will help pay for their education.

Sponsorships are 100% tax deductible in the U.S. and are one-time donations.
